This specific type of filtration allows an excellent level of purification of the beverage to be achieved without altering the essential properties of the decanted liquid; for this reason it is particularly appreciated in domestic filtration, but also in the professional sector such as wineries, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, breweries; in short, wherever it is necessary to filter the beverage so that it can be served or bottled perfectly clear and without any traces of unwanted residues. Routine maintenance requires a few simple steps, just like with normal household appliances. After use, it is necessary to fill it with clean water to rinse the internal surfaces of the pump. The electric motor is maintenance-free, there are no parts that need to be lubricated. Cleaning the external parts should be done with a slightly damp sponge and then dried with a cloth.
