2. How to shop

  • The goods are presented in preview and detail.
  • You will find all the information about the product in detail.
  • You place an order by adding the goods to the cart and filling in your contact details, shipping method and payment.
  • The order is binding after confirmation.
  • You will be notified by email of receipt of your order.

3. Order cancellation

  • The order can be canceled free of charge within 2 hours of sending it to the company's email address with the subject "CANCELATION".
  • In case of payment, the amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
  • After the deadline, cancellation is only possible after agreement with the seller.

4. Payment terms

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.
  • Payment in advance by bank transfer.
  • Online card payment via PayPal, GoPay and Stripe payment gateways (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

All prices are final and include VAT.

5. Return of goods

  • The buyer - consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
  • The goods must be returned undamaged and unused, if their nature allows it.
  • The price of the goods will be refunded within 10 working days by bank transfer or postal order.

6. Delivery and payment terms

  • Delivery time is usually within 5 working days.
  • In case of unavailability of goods, the customer will be informed.
  • Current shipping and payment prices are listed on the company's website and are also displayed during the ordering process.
  • For personal collection (if available), proof of payment must be presented.

7. Warranty and complaints

  • The warranty period is at least 24 months, unless the law provides for a different period (e.g. 12 months for used items).
  • A complaint can be made during the warranty period.
  • The buyer is obliged to file a complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect.
  • When filing a complaint, it is necessary to state:
    • delivery date
    • product name
    • quantity
    • description of the defect
    • solution proposal
  • The seller is obliged to handle the complaint within 30 days of its submission.

8. Final provisions

  • By placing an order, the buyer confirms his agreement with these Purchasing Rules. The relationship between the seller and the buyer is governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
  • Bioteco sro reserves the right to request confirmation from a legal representative about the processing of personal data if the buyer is under 16 years of age.
