Frequency converters have special software for controlling pumps for constant pressure water supply and irrigation systems. Using converters to control pumps is an ideal solution for requirements for different amounts of water drawn during the day (public and private water distribution, apartment buildings, houses, gardens, swimming pools, heat pumps, etc.). The converters have the ability to control multiple pumps in cascade using contactors. The converters provide full protection for electric motors, which is much more effective than protection with motor starters. The converters also provide protection for pumps against dry running, and have the ability to connect level probes and a ball valve with a drive for automatic filter flushing. We can individualize the parameterization of the converters according to the special requirements of the customer. After connecting the power supply and the electric motor, the converter is ready for immediate use.
